Alexander Carlin

Associate, State Government Affairs | OFII


Alexander Carlin serves as the Associate of State Government Affairs for the Organization for International Investment (OFII). He assists OFII's advocacy efforts at the state level, monitoring state and local policies unique to international companies operating in the United States.

Alexander graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, having studied international law in Geneva, Switzerland, and in Auckland, New Zealand. He has engaged in grant-funded projects in Qatar, Romania and Hungary. Prior to joining OFII, Alexander worked in the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development and interned in the U.S. Democratic House Cloakroom for Minority Leader Pelosi.
