The Global Business Alliance (GBA) is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student with experience in statistical analysis and data analytics and an interest in political science, public policy or economics. The data analytics internship is an excellent way for students interested in international trade, tax and commerce policy to gain valuable experience while advancing their educational pursuits.
The intern will primarily spend their time conducting research and creating statistical models to advance GBA’s advocacy and membership initiatives. Candidates should be willing to assume some minor administrative responsibilities in addition to special projects.

Spring/Summer 2022 (May - August)
up to 30 hours per week
$15.50/hour, $16.10/hour starting July 1, paid as an independent contractor
This internship is open to college juniors, seniors, graduate students, or recent graduates with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) and a demonstrated interest in political science, public policy or economics. Must be advanced in Tableau Prep Builder and Tableau Desktop and understand the basics of database management. Must have strong research skills and attention to detail and accuracy in work. Association management software skills a plus.
