Government Affairs Associate

The Global Business Alliance (GBA) is seeking a take-charge professional with one to two years related experience to provide government affairs support in a busy trade association environment.  This position will play a significant role in GBA’s advocacy efforts at the federal and state levels by providing logistical, administrative, research, and writing support. This position will offer exposure to all of GBA’s legislative issues and opportunities to engage in the legislative process from a business association’s perspective.

The successful candidate should have a strong interest in policies impacting global businesses and have a keen understanding of the legislative process. This candidate must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines. Additionally, GBA is looking for an enthusiastic professional who is able to successfully build relationships with high-level executives.
