WASHINGTON – The Global Business Alliance (formerly known as OFII) today announced its 2021 Board of Directors, including three new members. Emblematic of the organization’s membership, the Board represents companies that comprise diverse sectors of the U.S. economy and provides invaluable perspective on GBA’s strategic direction.
"On behalf of the Global Business Alliance’s 200 members, I want to thank these distinguished individuals for their willingness to lend their time and expertise to advancing our mission,” said Kapil Sharma, chairman of the GBA Board of Directors. “An engaged board can be the secret sauce for an organization’s success, and these directors are excellent representatives of the organization. They represent the best of international companies – growing both U.S. jobs and the U.S. economy. It’s why I’m honored to be part of this outstanding organization.”
“Having been with GBA since its founding over 30 years ago, I know the tremendous value our board adds to setting the strategic direction for our organization,” said Nancy McLernon, president and CEO of the Global Business Alliance. “The extraordinary people joining our already fantastic all-volunteer board is a testament to the importance of our mission and the moment for our country.”
