Blaine Theodros serves as Senior Director of Events & Programs at the Global Business Alliance (GBA). She leads the strategy, planning, and execution of GBA’s flagship events and programs, bringing extensive experience in event marketing, stakeholder experience, and large-scale program execution across multinational organizations, federal agencies, NGOs, and the private sector.
At the World Bank Group, Blaine led major global and international events, shaping high-impact forums and corporate engagement initiatives focused on international development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). At the U.S. Institute of Peace and the National Endowment for Democracy, she directed high-profile convenings and strategic engagement programs.
Blaine holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and is fluent in French. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to experience different cultures and food and spending time with her dog.
