Caitlin Cofrancesco is the Senior Director for Strategic Insights, which exists to help GBA members understand how geopolitics, policy and economic change affect the U.S. investment environment. The team identifies where those developments create real decision problems for member companies and translates relevant insights into greater business value for GBA members and more targeted action by GBA.
Before joining GBA, Caitlin served as an intelligence analyst and program manager for more than a decade in the U.S. Government. Throughout her career, she managed integrated teams worldwide to gather insights on geopolitics and interpret national security challenges for decisionmakers. As a seasoned open-source expert, Caitlin has deep experience analyzing global data to isolate core variables, driving government investment in commercial data capabilities, and helping policymakers assess political, social, and economic trends.
Caitlin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University and holds a certificate in French translation.
