Jack Gocke serves as Vice President of Membership at the Global Business Alliance (GBA) – a business association representing international companies with significant operations in the United States. Jack leads GBA’s membership, helping members navigate GBA’s resources, retain members and recruit new members.
With over 35 years of business experience, Jack brings a wide perspective to global companies and their operational needs in the United States. Since 2018, he has led various consulting projects for clients and helped lead several start-up companies. He spent most of his career in multinational services at Marsh McLennan, the leading global risk services and human capital consulting firm. He previously served as director of member services for the supply chain program with the Corporate Executive Board (CEB, now Gartner) and as the director of the Europe Office of the West Virginia Development Office based in Munich, Germany, promoting the state across Europe for direct investment. He started his career as a large accounts underwriter for the Chubb Group.
Jack served in the United States Army 5th Special Forces Group as a forward air controller and holds the Airborne and Ranger tabs. He is a graduate of West Virginia University in International Studies. He serves on the foundation board of directors of the Whitman-Walker Clinic which provides and creates access to healthcare for underserved communities in greater Washington. In school he was president of the rugby team, likes to ski, and is an accomplished cook.
