Kelsea Morshuk-Allen

Kelsea Morshuk-Allen serves as Manager of Government Affairs at the Global Business Alliance (GBA), executing Government Affairs programming from end to end while delivering organizational excellence and enhancing GBA member value. She is a results-driven, human-centered professional with proven experience working in coalition, supporting public-private partnerships across varied technical areas and geographies. Adept at supporting cross-functional teams, Kelsea has been recognized for exceptional adaptability in dynamic geopolitical environments and for strengthening program effectiveness through collaborative planning, analytical problem solving, and excellent communication.

Before joining GBA, she worked in inclusive growth and private sector engagement with multiple economic development firms in Washington, D.C., providing technical assistance for issue areas such as digital financial services, e-commerce, and women’s economic empowerment, and managing multi-country initiatives to enable business environments across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Kelsea earned a Master and Bachelor of Arts, both in International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Sector, Philanthropy, and Social Change. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, taking group fitness classes, assisting in event coordination, and trying new restaurants with her husband and friends. She is originally from Newtown, Connecticut.
