Stephen Ciccone is group vice president of Government Affairs at Toyota Motor North America, Inc. In this position, he is responsible for the direction of Toyota’s federal and state government affairs practice in the United States. Based in Washington, D.C., Ciccone works with key administration officials, members of Congress, state officials and public policy regulators on issues affecting Toyota.
Prior to joining Toyota, Ciccone was vice president of global public affairs at Eastman Kodak Company. Over a 23-year career, he managed public affairs for the company in the U.S., and global locations ranging from Beijing to Brussels to Buenos Aires. He also managed crisis communications issues in the U.S. and abroad.
Ciccone began his career as manager of government programs for the Business Council of New York State.
A native of Utica, N.Y., Ciccone received a bachelor of arts degree in English and History from the State University of New York at Albany, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Rockefeller College.
