Siemens: Creating An Inclusive EV Charging Workforce
In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, the need for a skilled and adaptable workforce has never been more critical. Siemens, a global leader in technology and innovation headquartered in Germany, has embarked on a mission to prepare the American workforce for opportunities of the future.
Recently, the Siemens Foundation announced a $30 million investment for a 10-year workforce development initiative, EVeryone Charging Forward™, to provide opportunities for individuals from underserved and underrepresented communities in the fast-changing EV charging sector. With this investment, Siemens is creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that will help modernize America’s infrastructure as we know it.

That’s what makes this initiative so impactful.
